Jack Richards and Son appointed Lonsdale Benefit Consultants to manage their auto enrolment pension provision after being informed that they would not be supported by their existing provider.
Auto Enrolment Solution
When Richard Porter reviewed Jack Richards and Son’s pension provision he found they were operating two group Standard Life pension schemes. He recommended they amalgamate both pensions into a new group pension scheme for all staff. He negotiated improved staff terms and better online access for employees.
Jack Richards and Son had already communicated with staff before they appointed Richard Porter, but due to the complexity of the auto enrolment project they postponed their staging date. Auto enrolment was introduced in April 2014.
